2 life-changing smoothies!

A massive plus side of working in a smoothie place for a few months is that you become a self-confessed smoothie connoisseur.

Smoothies are a great way of getting in some protein, carbohydrate and fats during the day. Have it for breakfast, have it as a post-workout snack, have it whenever you like. Simple!

Here are two (possibly) life-changing smoothies!

 

Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

30g vanilla whey protein

Handful of blueberries/strawberries

Drizzle of honey

Big spoonful of Greek yogurt

Top up with milk of your choice

Instructions:

Chuck it all in and blend!

 

Honeybee Smoothie (for those that have a sweet tooth)

Ingredients:

1 banana

½ mango

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Drizzle of honey

Big spoonful of Greek yogurt

Top up with milk of your choice

Instructions:

Chuck it all in and blend! Sprinkle a bit more cinnamon inside the glass then pour the smoothie in.
