Is a combination of classes and PT your recipe for success?

If you’re struggling to structure your week around your fitness goals, including one or two classes, adapted to your different requirements, may be the route to success that you have been looking for. If you have already been with us at BBG, you will know what to expect from our classes! If not, what are you waiting for? We caught up with some of Jimmy’s clients where they shared their thoughts on our classes.

I like the variety of classes on offer and the times are perfect.

The classes I enjoy most are SPIN (because I feel I really get a good cardio workout), Boxing with James, and your Thursday and Saturday sessions. I’m also feeling the benefit of your Stretching classes as I don’t feel there’s always enough time to stretch properly in the 1hour slots. You obviously take a lot of time thinking and planning your classes as you always offer a lot of varied exercises, which keeps me motivated. I’m always challenged physically as well as mentally as I can’t predict what’s coming next! I like that, I would say the variety of exercises is one of the most important aspect of the training you offer.

In regards to our PT sessions, these are always productive and I feel I’m making progress in strength and flexibility. I’m confident that what you’re asking of me is safe and will not lead to injury, yet I’m challenged. They compliment the classes I do and give me more that I’d be able to achieve on my own. The motivation you give is always encouraging and the amount of ‘chat’ is just right!

Keep doing what your doing Jimmy and I agree with Tracy, please don’t ever leave!

TRACEY

I have been coming to BBG for 12 years approx,over the years I have many PT with different trainers. I now have Jimmy twice a week and would say Jimmy is by far one of the best always keeping me motivated and keeping me focused. Always taking into consideration your limits but pushing you to do that little bit more.

I also attend Jimmy’s stretching class on a Tuesday which is harder than it sounds and has helped me a lot with a recent injury.

Jimmy’s spin class on a Wednesday is amazing, it’s so hard and intense but rewarding and have seen the benefits from it.
Great music to which keeps it very upbeat.

Jimmys Thursday fit class is challenging and combines TRX core work but different exercise’s each week.

I would recommend any of Jimmys classes he’s so encouraging and motivational for all levels of fitness.
His classes offer variety and hopefully that will continue so I will keep coming back.
Please don’t ever leave BBG!
