“The U3A started a class at the BBS and I joined thinking it might help me with balance and general fitness. 4 years on, both have improved immensely and I have gained so much more strength and stability by attending both senior circuit classes most weeks. The care and help from all the trainers at the BBG is exemplary and Lucy in particular has monitored my progress and motivated me to try harder.
