Alice joined the BBG in October 2016, having graduated with a 2:1 in BSc Human Physiology from the University of Leeds. This course allowed Alice to develop her knowledge on how the human body works as well as what it is capable of in every aspect of life. It’s Alice’s sporting background that initiated this fascination and led her to studying Human Physiology at University.
Alice has competed in a variety of sports and charity challenges, but her passion lies in cricket. This took Alice to Australia, where she spent a summer mixing her love of coaching, playing cricket and travelling. Her own experiences of serious injury set-backs and weight loss within elite teams, led Alice to implementing a strength and conditioning programme for her University cricket team.
Having many years of experience in both coaching and being a member of elite teams (currently the England Women’s Cricket Academy), Alice is no stranger to creating an enjoyable and positive environment to get the best out of those she works with.
Whether it is some crazy challenge, sports performance or overall heath and weight loss, Alice would love be help you be awesome on the journey to achieving your goals.
