Graduating with a BSc (Hons) degree in sports and exercise science, a first class MSc in strength and conditioning along with an accreditation from the International Society of Sports Nutrition Brogan has the tools and the passion to help you reach your goals.


Brogan has had experience working with a variety of individuals which has broadened his knowledge and love for coaching.

Brogan has worked with national level track and field youth athletes focusing on injury prevention and athletes in Saracens academy and England hockey trialist on performance improvement. Having also spent time coaching kid’s fundamental movement patterns and lifting techniques, this is clearly an area Brogan loves to work in.

Additional coaching experience’s includes coaching a class targeted to those with Parkinson’s disease to reduce tremors and improve everyday life quality. Finally, with years of coaching experience in body transformations through fat loss, muscle gain, improving posture or injury prevention Brogan has go you covered.

Brogan’s training style promotes the need for resistance training for long term health benefits. This accompanied with a background in Nutrition together we can achieve your goals with a more active healthy lifestyle in a fun and sustainable way.
