Fitness and sports have always been a big part of my life from a young age I have participated in various sports and have always been involved in some element of sports or fitness.

In my time as an exercise specialist I have worked with a large range of clients ranging from your average joe to high level athletes. I have also worked in some of the top London gyms and studios. In my experience I quickly learned that a science and evidence based approach plus a passion for helping people is the key to achieve fantastic and sustainable results.

I am constantly learning and reading the latest research to ensure my clients are getting the most up to date methods of training.  I aim to make your training not just effective but fun this is almost equally important in my opinion, if you’re going to stick with this you’re going to need to enjoy it.
