Alongside her degree she accumulated over 600 hours of clinical placement ranging from sports massage to rehabilitation programmes including hydrotherapy, electrotherapy and manual therapy. As an adjunct to her practice, Hannah has completed a Level 3 Sports Massage qualification and a Rock tape qualification.
Hannah has recently graduated with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Sports Rehabilitation from the University of Cumbria. Her modules included:
- Strength and Conditioning
- Sports Psychology
- Anatomy and Biomechanics
- Musculoskeletal assessment
Hannah has a particular interest in providing tailored exercise and rehabilitation programmes based on knowledge gained during her degree. Hannah’s tailored assessments allow her to draw upon all of her refined skills to create bespoke, individualised programmes based on the injury/goals of the client.
Outside of the gym, she works as a first team therapist for a semi-professional football team. In her spare time Hannah enjoys long distance running and strength training.
