Jade graduated from the University of Kent in 2016 with a first class degree in Sports Therapy. Since graduating, Jade has been working alongside a semi-professional rugby club, providing injury rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy and pitch side assistance.
Jade’s main interests lie in the rehabilitation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, helping to get clients back to their optimal fitness levels. Jade strongly believes that you should not allow injury or illness dictate the other aspects of your health, and you will find her fully committed in your individual journey to a pain-free lifestyle.
Sport has always played a large part in Jade’s life, with netball and horse riding being her main interests. Jade played netball throughout her time at University, helping to run the club and coach training sessions in her final year, which gave her real understanding of the hard work and determination that is required to perform at your best.
So if you are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic trainer who will get you back on track with your injury recovery, improve your posture, or to help you reach your fitness goals, Jade is your go to girl!
