Natasha joined Better Body Group after graduating from Coventry University with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc in Strength and Conditioning. She believes no goal is ever too big and that exercise can be fun, exciting and something to look forward too.
Natasha graduated from Coventry University with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc in Strength and Conditioning.
Having competed at National Level for Sevenoaks swimming club and also racing at the Beijing Olympic Trials in 2008 she has had first hand experience of being involved with and is extremely passionate about sport and physical fitness at all levels.
Before joining the Better Body Team she worked out in the Middle East for 2 years working with both clients and athletes looking to change their lifestyles, get fitter and realise their potential.
Natasha also currently works at Chelsea Ladies FC as a Physical Performance Coach, leading the Strength and Conditioning provision for the youth players including the girls that have been selected to play in the England Youth squads.
She believes no goal is ever too big. Setting goals, for Natasha means smashing them, whilst having fun and with a smile on your face. Exercise can be fun, exciting and something to look forward too.
