Oliver is a recent graduate from Liverpool John Moores University, where he spent three years studying science and football. He has had an affinity for all sports from an early age, excelling on the track and field at school, with football and weight training being his forte. This early exposure to a competitive environment has led to a zealous embracing of the challenges that come with weight loss and personal training. Oliver will stop at nothing to help you get to your goals.

During his time at university, Oliver spent time on placement working as a strength and conditioning coach for young athletes at the Tranmere Rovers Football Club Academy. Predominantly focusing on athlete development and SAQ drills, Oliver’s role here was to create fun and enjoyable sessions that also helped improve performance. He now looks to offer the same to you.
