Polly holds both a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University, and an MSc in Human Nutrition at University of Surrey and is now a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition.

Polly has competed in high level dance and equestrian sport for over 10 years and therefore understands first hand how important it is to nail your training and nutrition in order to get the best out your performance. Her love of sport led her to her chosen undergraduate degree where she found a natural affinity for the subjects of Nutrition and Physiology. This has led her to work with a number of young athletes including dancers, rugby players, boxers and gymnasts to help improve their performance and nutrition. Whilst studying for her MSc Polly was also able to work with clinical populations including those suffering from cardiac disease, type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome. Polly worked alongside other health professionals to reduce clinical biomarkers of disease as well as their risk of disease progression.

Polly is very keen to help people with their long-term health, nutrition and performance goals and believes in empowering people to make manageable, realistic and healthy lifestyle choices that can be sustained throughout life. Her approach and ethos to nutrition and training is sensible, no nonsense and evidence based avoiding fad diets and aiming to give people a greater understanding of the food we eat and why.
