Rachael has a clinic background working with groups and 1-2-1 with physiotherapy patients; specifically joint replacements. Under her belt she has a degree in Sports and Exercise Science (BSc), and several industry qualifications including: Level 2 Gym instructor, Level 3 Personal training (REPS) qualification and has recently gained her Nutritional Therapist diploma.

Currently Rachael is studying for her Level 3 & 4 Diet Specialist diploma alongside her ‘advanced nutrition for weight loss management diploma. In the future, she aims to complete more courses directing towards corrective movement training to prevent injuries, reduce movement deficiencies and maximise results safely.
Rachael believes that introducing varied workouts styles, tailored specifically to each client is the key to making workouts fun, enjoyable, different and most importantly; effective to reach your goals.
