Reece has recently graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. As part of his course he lived and studied abroad in Oklahoma for a year. This is where he found himself visiting some of the best gyms in the USA and discovering his passion for strength and conditioning. He used this passion to help him produce success on the rugby field, leading his university rugby team to promotion and a varsity win.
Reece is a reliable, driven and enthusiastic young trainer who is motivated to help clients achieve their goals. He has a natural passion for coaching and a continual lifelong hunger to constantly expand his own knowledge which can be applied when coaching, whether the goal is to improve speed, strength, power, muscle mass or even reducing fat mass, meaning he is perfect for athlete’s trying to improve performance or the average joe who is just trying to lose a few pounds.Reece’s training style incorporates Olympic lifting, resistance training and conditioning to increase lean mass, reduce fat mass and maintaining or improving strength.
In the future Reece is looking to specialise in strength and conditioning by doing a masters whilst continuing to coach clients to improve and help them reach their own personal goals whether in a sporting profession or just to improve health.
