The truth is, young athletes must be very careful when learning how to train correctly. That’s why we put together our Young Athlete Development (YAD) program

The program is designed to enable children from the ages of 11 to 18 to get the very best out of their present sporting activities, lay the foundations for correct physical development and remove the barriers to a pain free future.

NEED TO KNOW MORE?

Our Young Athlete Development Team have created a safe and effective program designed for children to progress. It is run at their own pace, but they will only progress onto the next level once they have met the preset criteria. Making it both safe and effective.

We really believe in building a fit and healthy family unit, so feel free to bring your kids along to join in your own personal training sessions free of charge!

Alternatively, our YAD sessions are now available for 11-17 year olds.

The new programme built in progressive blocks and levels is now up and running and works in conjunction with many local sports teams, the open slot is available:

Monday 18.00 – 19.00

Thursday 18.00 – 19.00
