YOUNG ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

Can children lift weights?
Will it effect their growth?
Should they be working out?

The truth is, young athletes must be very careful when learning how to train correctly. That’s why we put together our Young Athlete Development (YAD) programme

The program is designed to enable children from the ages of 8 to 18 to get the very best out of their present sporting activities, lay the foundations for correct physical development and remove the barriers to a pain free future.

NEED TO KNOW MORE?

Our Young Athlete Development Team have created a safe and effective three stage program designed for children to progress. It is run at their own pace, but they will only progress onto the next level once they have met the preset criteria. Making it both safe and effective.

We really believe in building a fit and healthy family unit, so feel free to bring your kids along to join in your own personal training sessions free of charge!

Alternatively, our YAD membership is now available for 11-17 year olds.

Wednesdays – 5.30pm
Saturdays – 2pm

1 session a week – £25 per month
2 sessions a week – £40
