Information
Understand how your heart–lung fitness stacks up to people your age and watch it improve every few months, like seeing years drop off your fitness age.
We reveal the gentle heart-rate range for walks/cycles/swims that burn more fat and build stamina so you finish energised, not totally worn out (kinder on hips, knees, and back).
Leave with plain-English targets like “Walk 25–35 minutes at 95–105 bpm, 4–5 days/week”, no guesswork, just clear numbers you can follow.
Less breathless on stairs, steadier carrying shopping, more enjoyable days out and travel, your zone keeps you below the over exertion line while still improving fitness. Turn your physical regression back into progression.
We help you set up your smart watch or heart rate monitor to gently nudge you if you’re going too hard/too easy and to celebrate progress, keeping you motivated, safe, and independent.
