Karina is a Sports Science graduate and current MSc Sports Rehabilitation student at St Mary’s University. She previously competed at national level in athletics, gaining not only medals but firsthand experience of injury and rehabilitation.
This personal journey through sport and recovery inspired Karina to pursue a career in sports rehabilitation and personal training. She aims to support individuals from all walks of life to achieve their health and fitness goals, while providing effective rehabilitation to help clients return to the activities they love.
Since 2021, Karina has worked as a sports massage therapist, supporting both athletes and members of the public in managing aches and pains, improving mobility, and enhancing overall physical performance. She is committed to continual professional development and regularly expands her skill set through additional training, including techniques such as dry cupping.
Above all, Karina prides herself on creating a friendly, supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable, confident, and listened during their personal training or rehabilitation journey.
