“My training ethos is to inspire and create an environment for my clients to
feel comfortable and confident. Training with me is not just about your
physique, it’s about relieving stress and getting one step closer to your
goal, whatever that may be; to doing your first press up, or deadlifting
over 100kg. My clients are driving the car, I’m just holding the map. I take
pride in ensuring they reach their destination”.
