Jack graduated from the University of Chichester with Strength and Conditioning MSc and a Sports and Exercise Science BSc, where he regularly played for the university’s Men’s 1st Rugby team. He was also the driving force of the development of Powerlifting within the university.
Jack’s love for sports and coaching started well before university, competing in a wide range of sporting backgrounds both in sports including Rugby, Football, Sailing, Badminton and most notably Powerlifting.
He has a passion for seeing the development of everyone’s physical ability no matter the background or goal including transformations, S&C, or Sports Specific both in person and online.
After graduating Jack has more recently worked with Chichester City Men’s 1st Football team as a Sports scientist and S&C coach implementing new testing strategies and in person coaching to increase their physical performance.
He is a recognised coach and referee within British Powerlifting in which he has coached multiple individuals to a national level within the sport as well as often volunteering his time to help organise and be a part of the running of powerlifting events.
Jack enjoys helping individuals to become the best versions of themselves through training practices often using his knowledge to bring out the best in clients, getting them healthier, fitter and stronger.
