Max joined BBG in 2021 with qualifications in both Sports Rehabilitation (BSc) and Personal Training. Having graduated from St Marys University, Twickenham in 2018, Max also has expertise in Sports Massage, Taping, Exercise prescription as well as strength and conditioning principles. 

Max has worked in various injury clinics, rehabilitation gyms and sporting environments with a background of working in Rugby, Athletics and Basketball giving him a broad understanding of working with people of all injuries and levels of fitness. He was personally selected by Sam as someone who stood out in the field and is a welcome addition to our team of experts.

He prioritises exercises with correct movement patterns to get the most out of your rehabilitation and believes everyone is unique, taking pride in tailoring rehab plans to the individual. He is enthusiastic and is passionate about guiding and educating clients in how the body should move whilst providing high quality programming to help clients achieve their personal goals.

As an fyi, Max is also an experienced track athlete and Athletics Coach, competing currently at a national level whilst captaining his club Kingston Athletics Club and Polytechnic Harriers in the British Athletics League. Training and competing to a high level have helped Max to a gain specific interest in Biomechanics and Movement and he focuses on improving the fine details to help you with maximising your potential.
