I am here for your rehab needs.

Ollie studied at St Mary’s University, Twickenham achieving a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation. His time at St Marys has provided him with the knowledge and ability to effectively manage acute and chronic injuries using an exercise-based approach. He also has experience in passive treatments such as massage, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and taping techniques.

After dealing with many injuries himself over years of playing different sports, Ollie understands the mental impact that an injury and pain can have on a person. He has learned that instead of being fearful of pain, it can be used as a form of information when tackling injuries. His aim is to help people to understand the nature of their pain and calculate the best approach in managing and relieving their current problems, with the final goal of reducing the chance of re-injury and improving their condition compared to before they were injured.

Ollie has always been an avid sportsman and has competed at a national level in Sprinting (100m & 200m), High Jump, Basketball, Rugby union and Rugby league. This wide experience of different sports has helped him to better understand beneficial movement patterns, and pick up on patterns that can be detrimental and lead to decreased performance or even injury. He also has a strong passion in Sprinting, Jumping and Change of Direction performance, and will talk about Plyometrics all day if you let him!
