10 Questions with Sevenoaks Personal Trainer Bex Francis

  1. What made you decide to become an Exercise specialist?

I started training at BBG when I moved from Essex earlier this year and really enjoyed the atmosphere at the gym.  Everyone (both trainers and other clients) engage each other and make you feel really welcome!

  1. What are you training for right now?

I am in training for the English championships for weightlifting whilst trying to improve my totals to hopefully qualify for the British championships next summer.  I also play rugby in championship 1 in my spare time so use a lot of compound lifts as well as weightlifting to improve my explosiveness and speed.  I have also been roped in to doing a bikini fitness competition with one of my best friends as she needed a confidence boost so that will be coming up towards the end of the year.

Weightlifting and powerlifting so a lot of strength and conditioning.
