- What made you decide to become an Exercise specialist?
I’ve always loved counting and telling people what to do so it was either a maths teacher or this! Joking aside I’ve always enjoyed science and sport so it seemed the obvious subject to study at University and the thought of being able to have a significantly positive impact on someone’s life through exercise (something I love too) it was a no brainer. Whether it may be improving injury resilience, rehabilitating from an injury or illness, improving athletic performance, decreasing health risks or improving someone’s day-to-day movement habits I love every second of what I do
- What are you training for right now?
I am incorporating functional movement and strength training, mobility and corrective exercises to improve my injury resilience and body longevity whilst alongside that looking to improve boxing and football performance.
- What is your area of specialty?
My area of specialty is injury prevention and rehabilitation through functional and varied movement.
- Are you currently following a nutrition plan?
I eat whole natural foods whenever I’m hungry (bulking aren’t I). High fat, high lean protein and starchy carbohydrates to fuel and recover well plus Gin and Lemonade and chocolate
- If you could only use one exercise for the rest of time what would it be?
Deadlift – so many variations (Romanian, conventional, sumo etc. you can change loads, reps, eccentric, rest, speed etc)

- What supplements (if any) do you take?
I take Creatine monohydrate to help with high intensity work and recovery and Omega 3 rich Cod liver oil with Vitamin D to aid immune system function
- What is your favourite cheat meal?
Fish’n’chips (salt and vinegar all over)
