- Juice your vegetables, especially leafy greens such as spinach, kale, chard and celery. They are packed with antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals. Kale for example is an excellent source of vitamin A, C and K, it’s a good source of calcium, folate and potassium. These are all nutritional powerhouses.
