Here is a recipe. I cooked it, I ate it, I liked it. I’m sharing it now with you. I hope you cook it, eat it and like it too…
Ingredients:
➢ 400g lean diced steak
➢ 1 tbs ground cinnamon, paprika
➢ ½ tbs ground cardamom, turmeric
➢ 1 tbsp curry powder, ginger
➢ Low calorie cooking spray
➢ 2 medium onions
➢ 2 large garlic cloves
➢ 400g chopped tomatoes
➢ 300ml beef stock
➢ 400g spinach leaves
➢ 300g of rice (enough for left overs)

The action:
➢ Spray a large deep pan with low calorie cooking spray 2-3 sprays should do the job, add the onions and sweat for a good 15 minutes (good onions are key to a good curry)
➢ Add in all the spices (ground cinnamon, paprika, ground caradamon, turmeric, curry powder and ginger) and stir gently for 1-2 minutes
➢ Bosh in the beef and stir fry for 5 minutes, stir continuously to ensure the spices done burn and the meat seals. Glug in the tomatoes and pour in the beef stock and simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes until the meat goes as soft as a your heart
➢ With about 15 minutes to go boil your rice and serve

➢ Eating curry using homemade curry powder (i.e. cinnamon, paprika, turmeric, cardamom, ginger) can over time help assist your health in issues such as inflammation, pain, rheumatoid arthritis, it can assist the reduction in blood pressure reducing risk of things such as stroke, heart attack, blood clotting. It can play a role in bone health and immune system function

➢ Thinking ahead – cook too much and save it for lunch the next day which will save you money, waste and ensure you stay on track nutritionally
