Breakfast on the Go

Skipping breakfast in the mornings? Needing an alternative to your Danish pastry from Starbucks? I might have just the answer.

Overnight Oats is a great way to give you a good balance of carbohydrates and protein to provide that greatly needed kick start to the morning.
Preparation is one of the most important elements when trying to follow a healthy diet. If you have food choices readily available, you won’t find yourself making a bad decision when looking for that food fix.
Prepare these the night before and leave them in the fridge in a small mason jar or your leftover baby food jar and they will be ready to go by the morning.
